If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange, in accordance with the terms below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The plush toy or doll must be unused, unstained, and in its original, resalable condition.
- All original tags, packaging materials (e.g., retail boxes, polybags), and accessories must be intact and included.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date confirmed by the carrier.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Any customized or personalized plush toy.
- Items purchased during a “Final Sale” or “Clearance” event.
- Any item that shows signs of play, damage, soiling, or altered condition.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: Email our support team at 2911488216@qq.com with your order number and reason for the return. Photos of the item may be helpful for us to provide the best guidance.
- Get Approved: If your return is eligible, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Please do not send any items back without this RMA number.
- Ship Your Return: Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging, and include all tags and accessories. Please write the RMA number clearly on a note inside the package. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance, as Super-Deal cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status.
- Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective or incorrect item was shipped).
Exchanges
We are happy to arrange an exchange for an identical item if you received a defective or incorrect product. Please contact us at 2911488216@qq.com with your order details and clear photos.
For exchanges due to a change of preference, we recommend processing a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item, as stock availability changes frequently.

Final Sale & Custom Orders
All items marked “Final Sale” and any custom-made plush toys are final purchases and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We inspect every toy before shipping. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 2911488216@qq.com. Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue and the packaging. We will quickly arrange a solution, which may include a prepaid return label and a full refund or replacement.
